		<description>I had the exact same problem.  It turns out that the form works outside the site, but not after the subscriber has logged in.

Meaning that I put the form on the inside of the site for subscribers to sign up after they have already registered for my site.

Is there any way to get the form to work under this circumstance?</description>

I have created an new optin form and I have created an Autoresponder, all is fine with the setup.

When I test the form I do get a confirmation page and a welcome page.
I have setup and autoresponder to send out a free report but nothing happens no email with the link for download.  ?

Any one got any Ideas on how to correct this.
